Today meeting of the ISSF President Luciano Rossi in Taranto with the authorities involved in the organization of the Mediterranean Games 2026, which will take place right here, in this splendid Apulian town. It was important to be there, as President of the International Federation, to reaffirm the role that shooting disciplines must and can play in the world sporting scene.
The immense machine for organizing such an important event has therefore been set in motion and the ISSF will be an active part in the whole process.
It is important that all sport shooting disciplines are present in the official programs of all major sporting events such as the Commonwealth Games, World University Games, Cism Games, Youth Olympic and many others.
