On July 9th was declared open the ISSF World Cup Shotgun Lonato del Garda, ITA . The ceremony began with an exciting parachuting presentation in which 7 paratroopers came up from the sky carrying an enormous Italian flag and performing fee stile movements, in the rhythm of the music Nessun Dorma.
The Organizing committee welcomed all the spectators followed by the president of Trap Concaverde Ivan Carella, the mayor of Lonato del Garda Roberto Tardani, the provincial councilor of Brescia Alberto Bertagna, the president of CONI Lombardy Marco Riva and the president of ISSF and FITAV Luciano Rossi.
The official event will take place from July 10th to 17th when more than 500 athletes from 81 countries will compete in different disciplines on their journey to the podium!
The ISSF wishes all athletes and the officials a great competition!
