Today in Lonato del Garda, President Rossi’s guest of honor at the World Cup was the IOC Board Member and President of Sport Accord, Mr. Ivo Ferriani. During his visit the President was involved in a series of shootings which saw him hit some targets. Interviewed at the end of the President’s comment: “I thank President Rossi for having invited me to this splendid event and for making me experience the thrill of hitting a target. My visit strengthens the support of the IOC to the whole world of shooting and in especially to President Rossi. I was very impressed by the attention that the ISSF puts into the issues of environmental protection and recycling of materials. I congratulate all the participants and may the best one win.”
